1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by GUS Entertainment (operated by GUS Media LLC, "GUS," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at gusentertainment.com, our media management platform (Mission Control / GUS Studio), and any related content production or social media publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone else who accesses our services.

2. Description of Services

GUS Entertainment provides the following services:

• Content Production — video, photo, and media production for brands and talent.
• Mission Control / GUS Studio — a media management platform for managing content pipelines, analytics, and publishing workflows.
• Social Media Publishing — distribution and scheduling of content across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Brand Partnerships & Talent Management — strategic brand collaboration and talent representation services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of our platform require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at admin@gusentertainment.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on gusentertainment.com and within our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video, audio, and software — is the property of GUS Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

GUS® and related marks are trademarks of GUS Media LLC. Use of our trademarks without written authorization is prohibited.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, or publish through our platform ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant GUS Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide our services to you.

Content produced by GUS under a production agreement is governed by the terms of that specific agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, GUS retains rights to portfolio use of produced work.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GUS Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GUS Entertainment in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GUS Media LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@gusentertainment.com.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
